Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we don't sell it or track you.

Who we are

Jellybean IT Consulting (“we”, “us”) is an IT consulting business based in San Leandro, California, run by Edgard Navarro-Clemons. This policy covers jellyitc.com. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

  • What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email, business name (optional), and a message. Emails you send us directly work the same way.
  • Basic server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request details such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on jellyitc.com.

How we use it

We use your message and contact details to reply to you, to prepare a quote, and to do the work you ask for. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Client portal

Existing clients use client.jellyitc.com, powered by Invoice Ninja, for quotes, invoices, and payments. Payments are handled by a payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and client records while we're working together, and afterward for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and legal obligations. If we never end up working together, you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for businesses, schools, and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. School work is arranged with the school, not with students.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
