Terms of use
The ground rules for this website, and how our work together gets agreed.
Effective October 4, 2026
About these terms
jellyitc.com is run by Jellybean IT Consulting, based in San Leandro, California. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information on this site
The content here is general information about our services, not advice for your specific setup. We try to keep it accurate, but services, availability, and details can change without notice.
Our services
Work begins once we've agreed on it in writing, such as an accepted quote, an email confirming the scope, or a signed agreement. That agreement sets the scope, price, and timing, and it takes priority over anything on this website. Invoices are sent and paid through the client portal.
You remain responsible for your own systems, accounts, and data, including keeping current backups unless backups are part of the work we've agreed to do.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send spam or harmful content through the contact form.
Our content
The Jellybean IT Consulting name, logo, mascot artwork, photos, and site text belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to a few outside services, such as the client portal. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't run.
No warranty and limited liability
The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Jellybean IT Consulting isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Liability for services is set by the agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alameda County, California.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions go to [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
